The CanadaDocks 2025 Photo Contest is sponsored by CanadaDocks.ca. This contest is governed by these official rules. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and acknowledges that the results, as determined by the Sponsor and its agents, are final. The contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform. All questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook or Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of countries where such contests are not prohibited by law, who have a valid e-mail account prior to the Contest Period. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins May 14, 2025 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends September 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT. All entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
Enter by filling out the form and submitting your photo at www.canadadocks.ca/2025-photo-contest. You may submit multiple entries. By entering, you grant CanadaDocks.ca full permission to use submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, website content, and social media posts.
Only photos that clearly feature CanadaDocks products or dock systems are eligible for entry.
Photos must fall under one of these three categories:

• Best Sunset/Landscape

• Best People Photo

• Best Pets on the Dock Photo

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries will be judged by the CanadaDocks team based on creativity, visual appeal, and how well the photo captures the spirit of the category. One winner per category will be selected. Winners will be notified around September 15, 2025, via the email provided at entry.
Each entrant is responsible for checking their email for notifications. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fifteen (15) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. Winners are responsible for any pickup or shipping costs associated with their prize.

PRIZES
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:

• Best Scenic Dockside Photo – $500 credit toward your next CanadaDocks purchase
• Best People Enjoying the Dock – $500 credit toward your next CanadaDocks purchase
• Best Pets Enjoying the Dock – $500 credit toward your next CanadaDocks purchase

Prizes are subject to CanadaDocks purchase terms and conditions and must be used by the winner. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor and its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any errors, including typographical errors, or issues beyond their control that interfere with contest operations. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at its discretion. Entries deemed to have been tampered with may be voided.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, damages, or losses resulting from participation or prize use. Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the condition or fitness of the prize.

PUBLICITY
By participating, entrants consent to the use of their likeness, and submitted photos for promotional purposes by Sponsor without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
